I emphasised the unmatched value of natural diamonds and why the world must re-appreciate their beauty, rarity, and ethical origins.
Our natural diamonds are more than just stones, they carry stories of love, heritage, livelihoods, and authenticity. They represent a status symbol that is rooted in ethical sourcing and national development, unlike man made laboratory grown diamonds, which lack meaningful origin or emotional depth. This is what sets Botswana’s natural diamonds apart, and this is the story the world must appreciate.
I had the pleasure of engaging directly with leading jewelers, investors, and De Beers executives to strengthen our partnerships and reignite market confidence. If we ourselves do not speak for our diamonds, who will?
